What We Will Be Showing
FK Series (2.1 mm Pitch)
Branch and relay design cuts the number of wiring runs to motors and sensors, enabling miniaturization and weight reduction. The slim, flush-locking design prevents lock damage, fits tight interior spaces, and won’t snag on other cables. Partial attachment/detachment improves maintainability, and keying prevents assembly errors. Rated -55°C to +105°C, AC/DC 250V (30V UL), 20 mΩ max contact resistance, 50 mating cycles, AWG #22/24/26/28.
Micro Coax Cable Assemblies
A 0.25 mm to 0.55 mm pitch range with 10 to 52 contacts, up to 32 Gbps differential (TSL). Horizontal, vertical, or stacked mating with mated heights of 1.0 mm to 3.25 mm. Accepts AWG #30 to #46 cable at 0.25 A to 0.8 A per contact.
Switch Module
Eliminates relays for a 20 to 40 percent smaller board. Smaller board means shorter traces and a shorter signal path, improving transmission characteristics. Batch ON/OFF switching in 130ch, 194ch, and 260ch, with non-magnetic plated contacts and optimized board circuitry.
Custom Interface Connector
A custom connector rated for 10,000 mating cycles, ideal for attaching and detaching ultrasound scopes. Supports 300 to 400 pins for multi-channel ultrasound designs. Non-magnetic plated contacts, Radel (PPSU) insulator, and an included guide plate for contact protection. Custom shapes available.
