Industry’s Smallest Pitch (0.25 mm) Space Saving
- Compact connector with mated height of 1.44 mm and mating width of 3.05 mm
- Effective mating length is 0.31 mm
Excellent Transmission Characteristics Enable Flexible Connection Layouts
- Applicable cable: AWG#44/46
- Highly flexible cable allows flexible connection layout between boards.
- The cable harness can be passed through thin tube of φ2.7 mm at the hinge area, etc., which expands the user’s board design.
- The bottom surface of the connector is covered with resin, which allows wiring patterns directly under the connector.
Secure & Reliable Connection with High Transmission Characteristics
- The signal lines are soldered using pulse heating to ensure stable and reliable connections.
- The board-side connector is surrounded by a metal shell to improve noise reduction, product strength, and to strengthen grounding.
- Ground terminals are provided at multiple points to improve transmission and EMS characteristics.
- A nickel barrier is placed on the board-side contact to prevent the solder from lifting.
