KEL Corporation is pleased to announce the development of the “ASLS EM Series”, a fully shielded, 0.4mm pitch connector designed for micro coaxial cables.
Product Overview
The ASLS EM Series is a compact, fully shielded connector optimized for high-speed signal transmission, ideal for applications such as commercial cameras and equipment requiring EMI resistance and minimal footprint.
- Fully Shielded Design: Shields all terminals from mating area to mounting area to enhance electromagnetic immunity and reduce intra-system EMC and radiation.
- Improved Signal Quality: Multiple grounding points and full shielding contribute to reliable, high-speed transmission.
- Locking Mechanism: Provides an audible “click” when mated and prevents accidental disconnection from cable tension.
- U-Shaped Guide: Assists in precise mating, improving workability and reducing risk of connector damage.
- Non-Magnetic Materials: Suitable for environments exposed to magnetic fields or charged particles.
- Two-Point Cable Crimping: Enhances cable retention and enables operation up to 105°C.
