KEL Corporation has developed a vibration-resistant, heat-resistant floating connector capable of withstanding temperatures up to 140°C.

  • Number of Contacts: Planned range from 10 to 80 pins
  • Connection Structure: Stacked mating configuration
  • Contact Design: Two-point contact for enhanced reliability
  • Stack Height: Planned range from 15mm to 20mm
  • Floating Tolerance: ±1.0mm in X and Y directions
  • Operating Temperature: -40°C to +140°C (including temperature rise from current flow)
  • Vibration Resistance: Planned to meet requirements of ISO 16750-3 and GB/T standards for random vibration testing
