2.0mm pitch IP67 compliant waterproof drawer connector “FWSA series”
KEL Corporation (headquarters: Tama City, Tokyo; President: Akira Kasuga) has released the FWSA Series, a 2.0mm pitch, IP67-rated waterproof drawer connector with waterproof and dustproof protection, for electronic equipment exposed to rain and dust in outdoor use.

• Protection rating, the waterproof and dustproof performance standard for electronic equipment, is IP67.
• An IP67-rated waterproof connector suited to outdoor use, with a drawer mechanism that maintains stable connections even where misalignment during mating is likely.
• Built-in cable seal and seal ring.
• Guide mechanism absorbs mating error of ±1.5mm in the XY directions.
• Movement at the screw fastening point of the cable-side connector absorbs up to ±1.0mm in the XY directions.
• Highly reliable design with an effective mating length of 2.0mm.
• Pinching 2-point contact structure prevents contact buckling, giving stable contact force and improved reliability.
