0.55mm Pitch High-Performance Coaxial Harness / Non-Magnetic Type “TSL-NM2 Series”
KEL Corporation is pleased to announce the launch of the “TSL-NM2 Series,” a 0.55mm pitch high-performance coaxial harness with a non-magnetic design.
This new series enhances the original “TSL Series,” which supports high-speed differential transmission up to 32Gbps, with features such as low profile and non-magnetic materials.
Product Overview:
- Supports high-speed differential transmission up to 32Gbps.
- Achieves improved attenuation by optimizing impedance through connector material, shape, and dimensions, and mitigating resonance by smoothing the ground and transmission paths.
- Designed with a 0.5mm effective mating length, minimizing insertion depth and optimizing stub length for enhanced signal performance.
- Features a multi-point grounding mechanism and a metal shield shell enclosing the entire connector for superior noise suppression.
- Combines with TOTOKU’s high-performance coaxial cable “RUOTA” to achieve low loss and low skew.
“RUOTA” is a registered trademark of TOTOKU Electric Co., Ltd. (Reg. No. 5594596). - KEL guarantees quality for the harness product. With RUOTA AWG#32 cables (up to 1000mm), a pair skew of 10ps or less is guaranteed.
- Equipped with a nickel barrier at the PCB-side contact to prevent solder wicking.
- Horizontal connection design with a low mated height of 2.17mm.
- Built with non-magnetic materials for immunity to magnetic field interference.
- Features a click-lock mechanism for secure mating.
- Connector is available in 31 positions.
