0.55mm pitch high performance coaxial harness/non-magnetic type

The TSL-NM2 series is a 0.55mm pitch high-performance coaxial harness that is non-magnetic and low profile in response to further market needs beyond the conventional TSL series that enables high-speed differential transmission of up to 32Gbps.
It is not affected by magnetic fields and has a mating height of 2.17mm (horizontal mating).
Suitable cables are AWG#30/32/36.

Key Features

  • Compatible with high-speed differential transmission up to 32 Gbps.
  • In addition to achieving impedance control by adjusting the connector material, shape, and dimensions, the amount of attenuation has been improved by taking anti-resonance measures through the grounding method and by smoothing the transmission paths.
  • With the effective mating length, which affects contact reliability set at 0.5 mm, the attenuation amount has been improved by reducing the insert sink and optimizing the design of the stub length in relation to the transmission characteristics.
  • Noise reduction is further enhanced by the multiple ground mechanism and the structure that encloses the entire connector inside a metal shell cover.

  • We guarantee the quality of our harness products. We assemble the harnesses at our designated factories and inspect all of them before delivery, so you can use them with peace of mind. We guarantee a skew within a pair of 10ps for RUOTA AWG#32 and cable lengths up to 1,000mm.
  • It is non-magnetic and not affected by magnetic fields.
  • Features a locking structure that provides audible "click". A dedicated withdrawal tool is available, so please consult with our sales staff.
  • Connection method supports horizontal mating.
  • Mating height is 2.17mm, mating width is 11.75mm. (horizontal mating).
